About

Why we're building Evenly Health.

We're building one thing: a fair, published, flat monthly price for ongoing blood-pressure and cholesterol care — designed from the start for the people paying out of pocket. No insurance required, no bill you can't see coming. When we launch, care will be provided by independent, licensed clinicians; our job is the membership that connects you to them.

The problem we're taking on

Paying out of pocket shouldn't mean paying blind.

If you don't have insurance — or your deductible is high enough that you're effectively paying out of pocket anyway — the hardest part isn't the care itself. It's that no one will tell you the price up front. You find out what it costs after the visit, when the bill already exists.

Chronic conditions make that worse — and there's a structural reason why. Insurance is built for the rare and catastrophic; blood pressure and cholesterol are the opposite — a handful of visits, labs, and refills, every year, for life. Running steady, predictable care through a system built for emergencies is much of why it reaches you as a surprise bill instead of a price. We started Evenly Health because we think a published, flat monthly price is a better answer: one number, decided before you sign up, that covers the ongoing rhythm of care rather than billing it to you piece by piece. We're not replacing insurance — we're lifting out the one kind of care that never fit it.

Plain about the model

What Evenly Health is — and isn't.

We'd rather be clear about our lane than sound bigger than we are. Here's the honest shape of it.

What it is

A planned membership that connects you to care.

  • A flat, published monthly price for ongoing blood-pressure and cholesterol care.
  • Care delivered by independent, licensed clinicians when we launch.
  • In-person visits and lab monitoring at partner clinics, at pre-negotiated, transparent cash prices.
  • Built for people paying out of pocket: no insurance required, no surprise bills, cancel any time.
What it isn't

Not an insurer, and not a clinic we staff.

  • Not health insurance, and not a replacement for it.
  • Not a clinic that employs doctors — we don't practice medicine or split clinical fees.
  • Not a source of medical advice; joining the waitlist doesn't create a patient relationship.
  • Not operating yet — this is a service in development, not one you can sign up to use today.

Who's behind it

A ProsperitasAI venture, built by a small team.

Evenly Health is a venture of ProsperitasAI, being built by a small team who think chronic-condition care for self-payers should start with a price you can read before you commit. We're keeping the scope narrow on purpose — two conditions first, one honest number — so we can prove the model before we widen it.

The team

Founding team details will appear here as we bring the service to launch.

We won't list names, titles, or bios until they're real and the people behind them have agreed to stand next to the work. When there's a team to introduce, you'll find them here.

Where we are

Planned, in development, and honest about it.

Right now Evenly Health is a plan, not a product. The waitlist is how we're building it in the open: the questions you answer when you join shape what we build, and locking a spot means you'll be first to hear the moment there's something real to use — and you'll lock in the introductory price.

We'll only launch if we can do it right — a price we can publish and keep, and care delivered by independent, licensed clinicians. If we can't clear that bar, we won't pretend otherwise. Until then, nothing here is available yet, and joining the waitlist doesn't create a patient relationship.
