Privacy Policy

Evenly Health is a planned service operated by ProsperitasAI ("we", "us"). This page describes how we handle information collected through this waitlist website. We collect as little as possible: we do not collect medical records, and we ask only general, self-reported planning questions — including whether you currently manage blood pressure or cholesterol — never clinical detail from a provider.
What we collect
- What you give us: your email address and your answers to four short survey questions (coverage situation, whether you are managing blood pressure or cholesterol, approximate current spending, and visit preference). These answers are general planning information you choose to share; do not include medical details in any free-text communication with us.
- What our tools collect: standard technical data (pages visited, approximate location from IP, device type) via our website host and advertising platforms, and the campaign link that brought you here (UTM tags).
- Advertising cookies: when you arrive from one of our ads, Meta's advertising tool sets cookies in your browser (
_fbc,_fbp) that record which ad you clicked. We use them for one thing: to tell whether an ad led to a waitlist signup. They are not used to build a profile of you, and we do not use them to show you ads elsewhere. Our site analytics (Plausible) remains cookie-free.
How we use it
- To contact you about the Evenly Health waitlist and launch, which is the purpose you signed up for.
- To decide, in aggregate, how to design and price the service (for example, what share of signups are uninsured).
- To measure our advertising. Each waitlist signup sends Meta one signup event that includes a hashed (one-way scrambled) version of your email address, your IP address, and your browser type — enough for Meta to match an ad-driven signup to the ad that produced it, and nothing more. Google receives aggregate conversion counts through its standard tools.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.
- We do not send your survey answers to advertising platforms. The signup event described above carries no survey answers — only the hashed email address and the technical details listed.
- We do not create a patient relationship or hold medical records through this site.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored with our website host (Netlify) and in our internal planning records. Your email address, first name, state, and the campaign tag that brought you here are also stored with our email provider (Brevo), which sends our waitlist emails; your survey answers are not. Access is limited to the operators of Evenly Health.
Your choices
- Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option; unsubscribing removes you from the waitlist.
- You may request a copy or deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@evenlyhealth.com. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.
- You can block or delete the advertising cookies described above in your browser settings, or opt out of ad measurement in your Meta account settings. Blocking them does not affect your waitlist signup or anything we send you.
- California residents: the rights above (access, deletion, and no sale of personal information) apply to you under the CCPA/CPRA.
Changes and contact
