We're starting with blood pressure and cholesterol — two of the most common chronic conditions, and the kind of steady, ongoing care self-payers often get billed for piecemeal. Once we've earned a fair, flat price there, we plan to add more conditions the same way.

You're covered either way, at the same price. Blood pressure and cholesterol are managed together — same clinician, same visit — so one membership covers one condition or both. And because they often travel together over time, if the second one ever shows up you're already covered, with no change to your price.

Blood pressure you'll track at home with a simple cuff, and the periodic cholesterol lab panel needed to manage your care is included in your flat price, with no separate bill. If a clinician ever recommends an unusual test beyond routine monitoring, we'll show you its cost up front, before anything is ordered.

As often as your care actually needs, and no more. For managing cholesterol, standard clinical guidelines usually mean a lab panel near the start of care and roughly once a year after that, with blood pressure tracked from home in between — and your independent clinician, not Evenly, sets that schedule. We don't plan to run extra tests just to pad a bill.

Because we focus on blood pressure and cholesterol, we're not a diabetes or general-screening service. The routine metabolic panel that helps keep your blood-pressure medication safe does include a glucose reading, but managing diabetes is a separate kind of care we don't offer today.
