Both planned memberships include the same care: four virtual visit credits per membership year, one lipid panel and one metabolic panel a year, continuous home blood-pressure monitoring reviewed by an independent, licensed clinician, and generic prescriptions and refills passed through from that clinician. Evenly Health does not provide or prescribe medication.

The credits are an allowance rather than a fixed menu — an in-person visit uses two credits. So you could use four virtual visits, or two in-person, or one in-person plus two virtual. In-person visits will be available only where a partner clinic serves your area; everywhere else, visits are virtual.

Yes — the membership is built around blood-pressure readings you take at home, so a validated monitor is part of both planned tiers.

No. Evenly Health is being built for people paying out of pocket — the uninsured and those with high-deductible plans who are effectively paying out of pocket anyway. There will be no insurance paperwork and no coverage requirement.

We're starting with blood pressure and cholesterol — two of the most common chronic conditions, and the kind of steady, ongoing care self-payers often get billed for piecemeal. Once we've earned a fair, flat price there, we plan to add more conditions the same way.

You're covered either way, at the same price. Blood pressure and cholesterol are managed together — same clinician, same visit — so one membership covers one condition or both. And because they often travel together over time, if the second one ever shows up you're already covered, with no change to your price.

When we launch, all care will be provided by independent, licensed clinicians. Evenly Health does not practice medicine — we're building the membership that connects you to that care, and the clinical care stays with the independent clinicians who deliver it.

Neither. Evenly Health is planned as a membership that connects members to independent, licensed clinicians — not an insurance plan and not a medical practice. We handle the flat-price membership and the connection to care; the medicine is provided by those independent, licensed clinicians, and we never split their clinical fees.

Evenly Health does not provide or prescribe medication. When we launch, any prescriptions will come from the independent, licensed clinicians who treat you. Generic blood-pressure and cholesterol medications are typically low-cost generics, filled at a pharmacy.

Yes — routine monitoring is part of your planned membership. Blood pressure you'll track at home with a validated monitor, and one lipid panel and one metabolic panel each membership year are included in your planned membership price, with no separate bill for those panels. Yes. The monthly membership is one you can cancel anytime — no contracts, no lock-in, no hidden fees. The annual membership is paid up front for 12 months, so it simply ends at the end of that year unless you renew it. A published price you can walk away from is part of what "fair" means to us.
