For independent clinicians · a planned partnership

Do the medicine. Skip the machinery.

Evenly is a membership we're building for people paying out of pocket to manage blood pressure and cholesterol. We're looking for independent clinicians to deliver that care. The idea is plain: we bring the self-paying patients and carry everything that isn't clinical — enrollment, scheduling, the published price, billing, the software — while you stay fully independent and make every clinical call. Nothing is live yet, and no clinician is contracted. This is where that conversation starts.

Why this is worth a conversation

The simplest care to deliver is the worst-rewarded to bill.

Blood-pressure and cholesterol management is steady, protocol-driven, and low-acuity — the kind of care that should be simple to deliver. Run through insurance, it arrives wrapped in prior-auths, coding, and denials, and it's paid slowly. You know the math on routine chronic care better than we do: often the paperwork around a visit costs more than the visit itself.

None of that is medicine, and none of it is why you trained. It's the part of practice that wears people down — and part of why staying independent keeps getting harder.

Why now

The patients for this care are already paying out of pocket.

Many uninsured and high-deductible patients already pay cash for exactly this kind of ongoing care — but a solo practice has no simple way to reach them at scale. Finding and enrolling them isn't what a clinic is built to do.

That's the gap Evenly is built to close. We handle the demand and the membership; you handle the medicine.

The split

What Evenly would carry, and what stays yours.

Planned — what Evenly carries

Everything that isn't medicine

The plan is for Evenly to sit between the demand and your clinic and take the non-clinical load off your desk.

  • Assembling a membership of self-paying patients
  • Enrollment, scheduling, and the one published price
  • Billing — and the software behind it
  • A clear, agreed rate for the care you deliver, paid promptly, with no claims to file and nothing to chase
Planned — what stays yours

Every clinical call, and your independence

Partnering is planned to leave the medicine entirely with you.

  • You hold your own license and credentials
  • You make every clinical decision, patient by patient
  • You stay independent — Evenly never practices medicine and never tells you how to
  • We sell the membership and connect members to care; we never split clinical fees

How a partnership would work

Three parts, once we launch.

1

We assemble the panel

We capture the demand and assemble a membership of self-paying patients for this kind of ongoing care. We're building a membership — we don't promise to fill your panel.

2

We carry the non-clinical load

Enrollment, scheduling, the published price, billing, the software — everything that isn't medicine, we handle. No claims to file, nothing to chase.

3

You make every clinical call

You see the patients and make every clinical decision, under your own license. We pay a clear, agreed rate for the care you deliver.

The bright line

You practice medicine. We never do.

This partnership only works if one line stays bright. Evenly sells a membership and connects members to care; it does not itself provide medical care, prescribe, dispense, or employ clinicians. You hold your own credentials, you make every clinical decision, and you stay independent.

And we're paid for what we do, not for what you do: Evenly earns on the membership, and you're paid a clear, agreed rate for the care you deliver. We never split clinical fees. Keeping that line bright is what makes a flat, honest price stay honest — for the member and for you.

Interested in partnering?

Start a conversation.

We're still building, and we're lining up the independent clinicians who might see these members. If that could be you, reach out — it's a conversation about fit, not an application, and nothing is binding.

Pre-launch. No clinician is contracted yet, and this introduction creates no obligation.
