This is the model we're building — a flat-price membership for blood-pressure and cholesterol care, for people paying out of pocket. Nothing here is available yet: no visits, no memberships, no medications are being offered today. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you the moment it is.

Join a flat-price membership

We plan to publish the monthly price before you ever join, with the choice of paying for the year up front or month to month. No insurance required, and the number is decided before you join — never after.

See an independent, licensed clinician

When we launch, care will be delivered by independent, licensed clinicians. The membership is planned to include 4 virtual visit credits a year, and 1 in-person visit uses 2 of them. In-person is only available where a partner clinic serves your area.

Know every price up front

We plan to agree rates with clinics in advance and cover the visits and labs your membership includes, so a visit inside your credits has nothing extra to pay when you go.

Stay monitored year-round

Regular check-ins are planned to keep your care on a steady rhythm — the ongoing part self-payers usually get billed for one charge at a time.

What the membership will cover

Visits with independent, licensed clinicians: 4 virtual visit credits a year, where 1 in-person visit uses 2 credits — so you might take 4 virtual visits, or 2 in-person, or 1 in-person plus 2 virtual. In-person is only available where a partner clinic serves your area. A visit inside your credits is planned to be covered by the membership: the rate is agreed between Evenly and the clinic in advance, so there is nothing extra for you to pay at the visit. Also included: blood-pressure monitoring from home, reviewed by an independent, licensed clinician, and one cholesterol panel and one metabolic panel a year.

Who provides your care

Care from independent, licensed clinicians.

When we launch, all care will be provided by independent, licensed clinicians practicing on their own rails, under their own clinical judgment. They decide what care is right — not us.

Evenly Health's job is different: we'll handle the membership and connect you to care. We don't practice medicine, we don't direct clinical decisions, and we never split clinical fees. We sell the membership and connect you to independent, licensed clinicians — never medicine. Keeping that line bright is how a flat, honest price stays honest.
