Two ways to pay
Both are planned to be available the day we launch, and you pick the one you want. Neither is a trial of the other, and neither price steps up into the other later.
That comes to a planned $69 per month, but it is billed as a single payment of $828 that covers 12 months of membership. A validated home blood-pressure monitor is included, at no separate charge.
A planned $99 per month, with no minimum term — that is the membership price, in the first month and in every month after it. Separately, a validated home blood-pressure monitor is required at signup: if you need one, the planned cost is a one-time $69, exactly what Evenly pays for it. If you already own a validated monitor listed on validatebp.org, the $69 is not charged at all.
Monitoring only works with a validated home blood-pressure monitor, which is why the planned annual membership includes one, and the planned monthly membership either adds one as a separate one-time $69, exactly what Evenly pays for it, or asks you to confirm the validated monitor you already have. Evenly Health is a planned service and has not opened; these are planned prices, and when we launch all care will be provided by independent, licensed clinicians.
Why flat
When you're paying out of pocket for chronic care, the hard part usually isn't the medicine — it's that every visit, refill, and lab tends to arrive as its own separate charge, and you rarely see the number until the bill already exists. A published membership price is our answer: one figure, decided before you sign up, that we plan to cover your ongoing blood-pressure and cholesterol care — whether you're managing one condition or both. The two planned prices are two ways to pay for that same membership, not two levels of care.
No surprise bills. No per-item charges bolted on after the fact. The one cost that sits outside the membership price is the home monitor itself, and we publish that too: on the planned monthly membership it is a one-time $69, exactly what Evenly pays for it, and with the planned annual membership it is included. No lock-in — the planned monthly membership has no minimum term, so you can cancel anytime, with no contracts and no hidden fees. And because Evenly sells a membership that connects you to clinicians rather than practicing medicine, we plan to agree transparent cash rates with clinics in advance instead of marking up care, and we never split clinical fees. When we launch, all care will be delivered by independent, licensed clinicians.
Honest limits
We'd rather name the edges than oversell. Here's what the membership is not, at least at launch.
Evenly Health is still in development. Joining the waitlist doesn't start care, doesn't create a patient relationship, and doesn't reserve or hold a price — it puts you on the list to hear from us when we open. No medical services or products are offered today.
A membership isn't a health plan and won't replace one. It's a planned, flat-price way to pay cash for specific ongoing care — not coverage for hospitals, emergencies, or care outside the conditions we support.
A virtual visit is planned to be available wherever we operate. An in-person visit is planned to be available only where a partner clinic serves your area, and we plan to tell you whether that's the case where you live before you join. We'd rather say that plainly than imply a clinic near you that isn't there.
We're starting with blood pressure and cholesterol. We plan to add other conditions later, the same way we started: a published price first, then care from independent clinicians.
We publish a price and a plan for ongoing care and monitoring. What happens clinically stays between you and an independent, licensed clinician — Evenly handles the membership and connects you to that clinician, and never practices medicine.
There are two planned prices and they run side by side: one payment of $828 covering 12 months, or $99 per month.
